Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RevOps Connect services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Description of Services
RevOps Connect provides integration management services for HubSpot, including design, development, monitoring, and maintenance of data integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems. Service levels, pricing, and specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of RevOps Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to us. We process your data only as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our privacy commitments.
5. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our integration services. Specific SLA terms, including remedies for service disruptions, are defined in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted against uptime commitments.
6. Limitation of Liability
RevOps HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with a copy of your data and assist with transition to another provider. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
