1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our integration management services. This includes: account registration data (name, email, organization), system credentials provided for integration purposes (stored encrypted), integration configuration data, usage analytics, and communication records related to support and service delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: deliver and maintain integration services, monitor integration health and performance, communicate about service status and updates, improve our platform and methodologies, fulfill legal and compliance obligations, and provide customer support.

3. Data Processing & Integration Data

RevOpsConnect processes data that flows between your connected systems as part of our integration services. This data is processed in transit and is not stored beyond what is necessary for transformation, deduplication, and conflict resolution operations. Processing logs are retained for monitoring and audit purposes as defined in your engagement agreement.

4. API Credentials & Access

API credentials provided for integration purposes are encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow least-privilege access principles, requesting only the permissions necessary for the defined integration scope. Credentials are stored in isolated, encrypted vaults and are never shared with third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our marketing website uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. The RevOpsConnect application platform uses session cookies for authentication. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information or integration data. Data is shared only with: third-party platforms as required to execute integrations (per your configuration), infrastructure providers that host our services (under strict data processing agreements), and legal authorities when required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for credentials and sensitive configuration, role-based access controls, comprehensive audit logging, regular security assessments, and incident response procedures. We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 90 days. Integration processing logs are retained per your engagement agreement (typically 30-90 days). Analytics data is retained for 12 months in aggregated form. Upon account termination, all client-specific data is purged within the defined transition period.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), export your integration configurations, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
