Terms of Service
Last updated: February 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RevOpsConnect services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and individuals who access the platform.
2. Description of Services
RevOpsConnect provides managed integration services including but not limited to: system architecture design, data synchronization between third-party platforms, webhook management, transformation script deployment, deduplication logic, monitoring and alerting, and ongoing integration governance. Services are delivered under a recurring engagement model.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify RevOpsConnect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RevOpsConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Data Handling
RevOpsConnect processes data on behalf of clients to facilitate integrations between systems. We do not claim ownership of client data. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) and is processed in accordance with least-privilege access principles. Data retention policies are defined per engagement.
5. API & Third-Party Integrations
Our Services interact with third-party platforms via their published APIs. RevOpsConnect is not responsible for changes, outages, or deprecations made by third-party providers. We will work to adapt integrations to third-party changes, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to external dependencies.
6. Service Level Expectations
RevOpsConnect provides monitoring and alerting for all managed integrations. While we strive for near real-time processing, specific throughput and latency targets are defined in individual service agreements. General platform availability targets are 99.5% uptime during business hours.
7. Payment Terms
Fees for Services are outlined in your engagement agreement. All fees are due according to the payment schedule defined therein. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of Services. Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
RevOpsConnect retains ownership of all proprietary tools, scripts, frameworks, and methodologies used to deliver Services. Custom integration logic built for a client is licensed for use within that engagement. Client data and configurations remain the property of the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevOpsConnect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, RevOpsConnect will provide a transition period to migrate integrations. Access to monitoring dashboards and management tools will be revoked at the end of the transition period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
RevOpsConnect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
